This is where it all began. The Family Original was our very first recipe, perfected long before we ever hit the road. It’s a classic, balanced sauce that represents our roots. We keep the ingredients simple to let the natural sweetness and tang shine through, making it the perfect “all-rounder” for any plate.
Brothers’ Bourbon
Our business was born from the bond of brothers, and this sauce celebrates that partnership. Brothers’ Bourbon is sweet with a classic bourbon flavor. We use real ingredients to mimic those rich, oaky notes, creating a sauce that’s as sturdy and dependable as the men who started this journey together.
Bitties’ Bonfire
If there’s one thing our family loves as much as BBQ, it’s gathering around a fire under the stars. Bitties’ Bonfire captures that feeling. It’s got a warm, glowing heat that builds slowly designed to remind you of late nights, good music, and the smell of woodsmoke in the air.
Brighton Burn
This one is a tribute to home. Our owner, Ryan Miller, grew up in Brighton, and his family still calls it home today. They actually passed down the specific pepper mix we use for this sauce. It’s got a hot kick that commands respect, fueled by smoked Ghost pepper, smoked Habanero, smoked Trinidad scorpion, smoked Carolina reaper. A local family tradition that we are honored to share with you.
Mama’s Mustard
Sometimes the best recipes come from a place of love. Ryan’s wife usually can’t have traditional BBQ sauces, so Ryan headed to the kitchen to craft something special just for her. What started as a kind gesture turned into Mama’s Mustard—a zesty, golden sauce that was so delicious we knew we had to put it on the menu for everyone to enjoy.
