What began as a brothers’ dream in 2017 has become Sturgis’ go-to spot for authentic slow-smoked barbecue. Founder Ryan Miller and his family built their first smoker by hand and have been serving fall-off-the-bone ribs, brisket, and pulled pork with passion ever since.

Proudly community-driven, we honor veterans, sponsor local Little League, and support Sturgis schools. In 2023, we were voted Best Barbecue, Best Food Truck, Best Ribs, and Best Catering Company in the Community Choice Awards.

We had hind quarter from a pig we butchered. Turned it over to this great group and had them smoke it for us. That was a awesome decision,they even cut it up for us and vacuum sealed. I can truly say it’s the best ham I’ve tasted.
