From the very first day we decided to fire up the smokers, we knew this business had to stand on three pillars: Faith, Family, and BBQ. This truck was a total family effort. Whether it was perfecting the rub in the home kitchen or debating the best wood for that perfect smoke ring, every member of the family has their fingerprints on this dream.
